3. Paid Digital Artwork

Purchasing a digital artwork does not transfer copyright or ownership of the artwork to you.

4. Custom Artwork

For custom artwork or commissions:

Please provide clear and accurate requirements, references, dimensions, preferred style, and other relevant details.
The final price and estimated completion time will depend on the complexity of the project and will be communicated before work begins.
Work will begin after the agreed payment or deposit has been received.
Minor reasonable revisions may be included depending on the commission agreement. Additional or substantial revisions may incur an additional charge.
Once the artwork has been approved as final, further changes may require an additional fee.
Custom artwork may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once substantial work has begun, except where required by applicable law.
Unless otherwise agreed, copyright remains with TangerineDreams.
Commercial usage, resale, merchandise, branding, or transfer of copyright must be specifically agreed upon in writing and may involve an additional fee.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, digital paintings, graphics, photographs, logos, text, and other original content on TangerineDreams are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our artwork without permission.

Buying or downloading an artwork does not mean you own its copyright.

6. Personal-Use License
